Great location, OK staff
The location is great and the room was very clean and comfortable. However, I have issues with the staffs. When I went to check in, the front desk lady was not too friendly and when I told her I'm an Expedia VIP gold member, she informed she couldn't upgrade me because I was already checked in, even though I saw on my phone that other rooms are available. I called Expedia customer service and was able to get a $25 voucher to the hotel restaurant. I went to the restaurant the next day for brunch and gave the waiter the voucher and was told that $25 will be taken off my bill once I check out of the hotel. When I went to check out, I saw this was not taken off and the front desk lady claimed I never gave the waiter a voucher. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, she blamed me. It took another 5 minutes to sort out the issue and I was able to finally get this taken off, but overall I was not happy with my interaction with the front desk staffs because there was no appreciation for picking their hotel and I do not believe they should be a VIP hotel if they do not willingly provide any benefits to VIP members.
