Nice clean and quiet place. Room very nice. Staff very nice. The only thing bad was the surprise $28 resort fee they hit you with if you booked the room using a 3rd party (i.e. Expedia)
This hotel had such friendly staff and was so incredibly convenient to River North restaurants and Magnificent Mile shopping.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. The hotel is also well located near transportation and popular restaurants.

My room was amazing. Entry way into the hotel is beautiful. Art work is amazing all through the hotel. Only downside was I scheduled a massage in the spa and it was canceled. We overall enjoyed our stay here and well definitely be returning.

The room looked nice and the bed was comfortable but the city noise was loud. The shower was luke warm at best. Location was great though.

I booked for the 5th, but then front desk didn’t speak English correctly, she misunderstood me and got mad because I wanted to check in, I told her I booked on Expedia and she didn’t care to listen to me, so I decided to record her and she kicked me out, I want a full refund.

Great location for what we wanted to do in Chicago. Easy parking in garage a short walk from the hotel via Spot Hero. Easy access to the bus and the El to get where we wanted to go that was not within walking distance. Love the proximity to Eataly. We ordered breakfast to our room one morning as we were out late for a concert the night before and the food was delicious and fast. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I like the closet setup as well.

This hotel is not nearly as posh and elegant as it looks online. It is quite beat up inside. The halls are so dark and rather terrifying looking and the whole place had a very off putting vibe.

The 21c is a fun unique hotel. It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice, aside from the valet who acted perturbed to help me. It was fun spending our free time looking around at the artwork. My only complaint would be that the windows are quite thin so the traffic noise, especially sirens are quite loud. Next time we will request a room on the backside of hotel.

Everything was lovely aside from the inability to stream anything to the TV’s. I’ve stayed in numerous rooms and no streaming or apps (MAX, Netflix, Hulu) to log into your own accounts from. Forcing you to watch TV on your phone. For the price, it seems like a basic accommodation. For the record, I’ve stayed here 4 times and I love everything else about the place. The staff is incredible.

The address takes you to the AC marriott. The desk attendant knew what we were looking for (obv happens frequently) but language barrier prevented him from being helpful

There is was no parking available but the person in front of me and behind me got parking when they was checking in to the hotel 😒 I think because they poked the rooms on the spot

Booked this hotel for just a quick overnight stay. Hotel is very nice and the staff were very helpful and addressed our needs right away. First room that we checked into smelled very funny almost like a food or old smell. When I notified the front desk they quickly reassigned us a new room that was actually bigger than the first. Not many outlets for devices and the shower door scrapes the cement tile which was already chipping off around the entrance of the shower. Overall it was good for a night or two but definitely could use more frequent upkeep.
