The house had everything we needed, and even the things we usually have to buy, like coffee filters, ground coffee, filtered water, and extra toilet paper. The closet space (with hangers, iron, and ironing board) was also super handy. The central A/C was a lifesaver in the heat, and the neighborhood was peaceful at night. We were able to walk to coffee, eateries, groceries, and transit, and had no trouble getting Ubers or Lyfts. Everything is just perfect. Really really cool property, neighborhood is great and walking distance to a lot of good food and shopping (Milwaukee). Well stocked kitchens made it a great spot to prepare and celebrate Thanksgiving. Comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of street parking (although we accidentally parked in a crosswalk and got ticketed, so watch out for that). Great communication with host before and during our stay. Two things that are not a negative reflection on the property, but good to know are that If relying on public transport the nearest train station as far as we could tell was about a half mile away. Also, stairs are required to access the house. Would definitely rebook at Bucktown House. Thanks! ##### cheryl w. Well maintained and well appointed.
