The front of house lady was rude and argued with us when we had challenges getting the airport shuttle. She was not at all sympathetic to our situation and did not offer helpful solution. When we finally arrived to hotel after paying for a taxi we didn’t receive any support with all our luggage as we struggled to get in the front door or any apology for what happened.

This hotel was in a great location to walk with our family and ride the train into the city. There are several great dining options near the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and replenished frequently it was very busy during spring break. My kids enjoyed the pool but wish it was open until 10 pm. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, but our room was very hot and adjusting the temperature did not make a difference.

Check in was very quick. Didn't even need to take out my credit card since it was already input thru Expedia. We only stayed a night, so we didn't utilize any other services. Breakfast was great, though a bit busy. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very easy going and friendly staff. Cool w late checkouts and very low deposit. Great breakfast and good rooms. Only knock is their ac/heat system isn’t that great. Had to change rooms a few times.

Having a sofa and pullout bed was convenient. Having a desk was very helpful. The vanity separate from the toilet and shower made getting ready much easier.
