The driveway and garage are used by the basement tenant and are located on the opposite side of the property. While both units have their own private entrances, you may occasionally see the tenant in the driveway or near the garage, and some windows from the house may face that area. The spaces are fully separated, and the tenant lives quietly. You’ll have a peaceful and private stay in the main unit. The house does have exterior cameras installed, near front door and front of the house. No cameras indoor.
