We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and the unit was beautiful. Huge patio was an unexpected bonus! The neighborhood was nice-even for a family from the suburbs. We never felt unsafe with our 3 young kids. At night there was security officer in the lobby and she was very nice. It was good to know someone was keeping things in check. Things to note: there are no blackout shades on the floor to ceiling windows, so don’t expect to sleep in! The noise of the city is easily drowned out with white noise machines/apps however. I docked 1 star on cleanliness because the air filter was filthy. I don’t even know how air was getting through it tbh. My allergies were terrible! Having lived in the city many years ago, you do go through a lot, but that’s just how it is! Please change your air filters to improve air quality. That aside, would definitely stay again! We had a great time going to museums and walking around.

We (family of 4) stayed here for few weeks. Sofa bed was awful (really bad! It was almost deformed.), and the main bed was very noisy. The non-stick pan was very old and scratched. Also, not enough cookware, and when I asked for more, they said they don't provide more pans/pots. The bathroom was almost clogged and slow to drain. Location was great and I really loved the view. It was extremely accessible with so many great places nearby. Also it was very close to grocery stores. The costumer service was descent. We asked for extra salt and they provided. We also had a problem with washing machine at first, and their team was super helpful moving us to another unit.
