All employees' customer service was excellent—very friendly and helpful when dealing with any concerns. Perhaps an updated room would have made for a better stay.

Air conditioning was out for the entire duration of my stay (3 nights) and they never offered any kind of discount. They did however, offer to bring up a small fan. Thankfully it got down to 50 degrees at night and you could crack the windows. Also they had both doors open to the pool and their (poor) workout room so besides being 80 degrees, you were also inhaling chlorine fumes your entire workout.

5 Star worthy. Great stay.
Great experience from start to finish. Staff at this location from the bar staff to the check in check out were all really friendly and professional. Convenient location and I highly recommend. Room was clean and super comfy.

The hotel was dirty and so was our room. The restaurant had expired milk on the buffet. Our sink had a pipe leaking all over the floor and it got my shoes all wet.

The hotel and staff were amazing! The only down side was that the AC was broken but they provided us with a fan to help keep the room cool. It never got too hot in the building anyways so was manageable!

The king bed was very comfortable. However, the sheets that on it were not big enough. So all night long I was struggling with keeping the sheet on the bed. We also had to request a Pedi for the pull out couch. They gave us two sheets and two pillows and no blanket.

My main satisfaction and what we loved most was Ernesto at the breakfast dining. H e was on it and very professional since the morning we got to breakfast and every morning. I enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. Having Starbucks in my room was fantastic. I also ordered an egg sandwich to go in the morning that was delicious.

Still a good stay second time around
My second time visiting here. A nice stay again, although our room overlooked the road instead of a pretty pond and trees. Once again, they were out of regular coffee in the room (only decaf available). Good coffee was available downstairs, so this was just a minor inconvenience. I really like the rooms, and the beds are very comfortable.

This property is super clean and has a very friendly stuff. Thanks to Mrs Bojana Markovic,Housekeeping manager,our rooms and lobby area was perfectly clean and we were very satisfied,we will come back again and we will recommend this property to everyone we know! 10 from us!

This is more of an economic hotel, there’s could be some updating and new furniture that would help. I had higher expectations that weren’t met. Pool seemed only semi heated.
