The beds were absolutely terrible, hard could feel the springs unable to sleep on and get any rest. The second bed in the room actually had something covering it that was like plastic and was loud and annoying every time you moved. Ridiculous told the front desk more than once and nothing was never done. We ended up getting our extra blankets from the car to put on mattresses to try to make them so we could get some sleep, never happened. So unfortunate because we were there to bury my mother and no one got any sleep. Just awful!

Refund never applied. Room 103: hot water in shower goes cold, have to wait, gets warm again, get done quick, goes cold again.

Handicap accessible room has major leak by bathroom sink, making it dangerous for a slip & fall accident. Leaks when no one is in room or using bathroom. From sink to toilet. Sent drunken vagrant to room when tv wouldn't change channel. Cable box set up behind front dresser/table. Appears to be a trap room.

This was my first time in the area and I must say the rooms were very quiet. The front desk agents were very welcoming and nice. My last night I herd a little barking from a nearby dog in the hotel but nothing that really bothered me. Will be book again.

Of what all Motel 6 should imitate
That one in Shiller Park is a embarrassment to this franchise
Give this one 5stars I pray that they get new management over there in Shiller Park I can compare services that was rendered to us and it was night and day
