Guest services appears to be low priority. Front desk isn't helpful. Called to check on the air con, front desk said someone will be right up. No one showed up after waiting for 20 minutes I called again. Same woman answered abd said that the hotel was on a "warm" mode. I asked what that meant. She answered that it wad 45 degrees outside. I asked when would it would start up again, she said when the temperature hits 70. I told her that we needed air circulation in here. She said that someone would be bringing a fan up. No one showed up. About an hour or two later the hair con went on.
There is a computer without any instructions, there isn't any room/hotel manual. We found out that there was a little information on the television. No mention about the restaurant down in the lobby, no room service, only one elevator worked in the am as we tried to check out, curt bellhop until he got his tip.
I wouldn't return. There are many hotels to choose from.
