Nice location. Everything else was normal.
The experience was fine. However, "nightly service charge" definitely rubbed me the wrong way. After receiving a sheet of paper slid under my door the morning of check out, I immediately went downstairs to ask about this "charge". The representative explained to me that it was a separate charge for the so called "complimentary" amenities you offered: breakfast, wifi, etc. What I got from our conversation was these complimentary amenities are not really complimentary. They are only considered that because at the time they are free, but then you charge your guests for them the following morning. Very disappointing and misleading.
