I really enjoyed staying at this hotel it was pretty convenient for me. They do have a destination fee and I believe they charge incidental fees for each night and not just one for your whole stay. You park in a parking garage across the street but the bellhop will take all your belongings to your room. The room itself is pretty small but since I often do solo trips I didnt mind it. I enjoyed the stay overall and plan to stay here again.

Walls were unusually thin. Felt as though I was in the conversations from the rooms next door. Elevators were slow and not functioning correctly. Rooms were small, cramped and the closet was a little space not even big enough to hang up any clothes. Overall the hotel seems to present itself as a high end 5 star hotel and I would not even give it 1 star. Needs a complete overhaul.

Such a beautiful venue! The rooms are so classy and modern. The only downside is the parking situation. We didn't get any details about the parking and then had to find parking a block away.

When booking we wanted a place to stay for the convenience and we sure got it! Simple walk to locations we needed to get to.(worth the destination charge) The rooms were small, but we didnt mind it its a places to sleep. The room we were in was clean and very artistic. We enjoyed the esthetic of the whole hotel. The beds were very comfortable and for our stay we got a $15 credit use which is nice, for the room just comes with 2 water bottles. Overall great stay!

100 year old hotel that looks and feels like it. Needs a serious renovation. Also no computer available to check in for airline return flight. Restaurant with OK quality food but takes a long walk to reach, inconvenient.

The property is wonderful and in an amazing location in Chicago- when I went to check in, there was an extra $400 hotel standard fee in case of loss charged to my debit card- I did not account for the extra $400-i could not use my credit card as it was compromised a week earlier so I had to use my debit card- the $400 came off when I checked out but my cash spending was limited while I was there- Not Expedia’s fault but to let users know to check for all the fees ahead of time

Great hotel that had improved recently. Staff is friendly. You get a 15/ day credit for snacks or the bar. Bar and lobby are gorgeous. Daily housekeeping. Very convenient. Quite a value for the cost

Convenient stay
Was wonderful for the convenience of staying next to the theater. Staff was very friendly as well. Only issue we ran into was we were told we wouldn’t need reservations for the attached restaurant, but we did so ended up sitting at the bar.
