My kids and I had a great time. The water park was amazing and my kids enjoyed playing on the basketball pool.

Was a nice waterpark but definitely geared more towards the little ones. I have two middle school aged boys. We still had a nice time.

First time at a Great Wolf Lodge. Kids were very happy. Parking oughta be free: felt a bit nickel-and-dime-y to charge for that.

Parking was not included in the very expensive stay. Bars we ok and food was decent. Not large enough for the amount of people inside and game room was ridiculously expensive and the reward selection was almost nothing. Overall I would not stay here again for the price.

This lodge is not different than the location in Wisconsin Dells that I visited years ago. The extremely high prices for rooms, miserable food for a very high price. We've notice people bringing food from outside resort. The resort double charge me for the room, we booked the reservation with expedia and paid with expedia, but the hotel decided that it's ok to be charged again. You have to pay for parking like over 15$/night. So if you get $200/night room it will cost over $600 after tax this tax that resort fees, reservation fees. It's disgusting. One short sentence, we will never return here ever, There are other reasons other than what I just mentioned, it will not be appropriate for me to discuss here.

We came here last year with our grandkids as a water park is always a hit. We knew everything was expensive and we expected just the basic stay to be high. Prepaying on Expedia months in advance, we went there thinking no more "must pay" fees. But when we came up to be checked in, we were told that there was a new $15 a night parking fee policy that just went into affect at the beginning of the month. They not only charged us once but tried to charge us a second $15 charge. Terrible business policy when your already paying several hundred dollars a night and the parking lots half full.

Our stay was great! Kids had a blast. I would have liked there to be laundry facilities at the lodge though. Having Dunkin on site was great but ordering on the app or the screen was frustrating because for certain things you need to tell an actual person for it to be made right. But that's a minor issue.

Came here for grand baby birthday get away. Every person I needed service from was extremely polite and professional. I absolutely love that!! The family and I had a wonderful time. I will definitely return here in the future!! Appreciate the attention to details.

Overall is good. The room is kinda like Jack and Jill style. If the next door neighbor is talking, you can catch most of the information.
