The layout of the room was odd. TV cable had limited channels, there was no microwave in the room. The bed as uncomfortable. The pool was very small and water was cold. There was no hot tub. Would not stay here again

Our room was decent and clean a little bit dated. Breakfast was basic. The staff was kind. The pool was murky and dirty. Especially on our last day for some reason you could barley in the water with googles.

I love Hyatt Place hotels. The rooms have the extra sitting area. Rooms are clean. Easy on/off from 88. We did not have breakfast this time. Bed comfortable however the sheets were crunchy instead of soft. Probably due to excessive bleach. Small complaint because overall experience positive.

Staff was great
The staff was friendly, no problem there. However the place seemed a little run down. Not like other hyatts I've stayed at. I did complain, when i literally never do that the people upstairs were stomping around, flushing the toilet constantly, and used whag sounded like a drill on the floor right above me. I told the front desk and it continued, i asked for another room but that didnt happen. Usually not a big deal but for 3 days straight of not being able to sleep because of excessive noise was frustrating.

After 2 days no staff came to replace towels, soap, empty trash. Had to request this. No lotion or face wipes were given. First night fire alarm went off and we were made to leave our rooms for 30 minutes to lobby. This was the second night in a row this occurred here according to staff

Overall good stay! Room wasn’t as sound proof as I would like, because you could hear other guest walking hard in the room above us. We also could hear the toilet running in the bathroom. Also we had to make sure the door was completely shut because it would get stuck when opening and closing. Property is well kept and breakfast was better than other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Great for a business traveler or family
Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go. It's a nice facility that looks like it's been updated recently and nicely appointed. The room was ideal for me - it included a sitting area with a sofa and also included a desk for working travelers. I greatly appreciated having a refrigerator. I couldn't have asked for a better set up. There were small issues like the tile in the shower needing to be updated and both the sink faucet and the shower taking a longer time for the hot water. But it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

It was fine. Only problem i had was how you can hear conversations on the rooms next to you. The constant foot stepping sounds if you had a room above you and the hallway noise. Marissa our host at check in and the bar was awesome! Thank you for recommending spot hero app for parking in downtown Chicago! I wish she was working the next day so we can thank her personally!

This hotel is definitely in need of a refresh
This hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. Bed was a little lumpy and the air conditioning ran constantly and was loud. The breakfast was decent. They didn't inform us on check in that the room is only cleaned every other day.
