They do not advertise at all that you need to pay $75 when you arrive, and then when you get it back at the end of your stay, it takes 3 to 5 business days to post back to your account. Also, it is advertised that there is signature bath products and a robe, and none of that is in the bathroom. There was one lotion. And the tap on the bathroom sink was broken. Apart from this, everything else was ok.

When booking this hotel in Amenities it listed room service. At check in I was informed that there was no food service available on the property. My TV did not work I was not able to use nexflix or anything that required internet. My bathroom was pretty dirty with stains around the mirror in sink.

We ran into issues the first two rooms we were in, the first one the prior guests left some things on the wall that was only visible when the sun was on it (so it makes sense the cleaning staff didn’t see it that’s okay!) so instead of just cleaning it up (which they did don’t worry) they were kind enough to move us to another room and that second room the prior guest smoked cigarettes in so we called to the front desk to make sure we wouldn’t get charged for that since it’s non smoking room they ensured us we wouldn’t and moved us to another one where we had no issues at all. Despite the issues that were out of their control they were amazing! Sara was the front desk employee who helped up and she was 10/10 amazing at her job she was so sweet and made us feel so much better about the situation as we felt bad complaining since it’s not in our nature. If I’m ever in Chicago again would definitely stay at this hotel again. Everything was walking distance in which I recommend doing instead of driving as parking seems to be a nightmare. However, I should have read more into these hidden fees, “Starting January 1st 2022, a daily urban fee of $22.00 , will be added to all reservations in addition to your current nightly rate.” So, makes me question if I got a deal through Expedia when in the end had to pay an extra $100. Overall, lovely hotel and staff.

I stayed there for a night. The smell is not clean, but the most intolerant aspect is the sink in the toilet- I could not even put my hands under the tap because of the design, the drainage was blocked.

The rooms are very small . This hotel is good for a short night in case of there is a flight to catch the next day . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a long stay because the room is very small like a tiny studio .

the hotel is absolutely pretty and the stuff was really nice.. comfortable beds, clean. they have coffee and fruits for breakfast for free, nice area around, a lot of food options.
