Pillows were awful. Like hard, lumpy towels stuffed into pillow cases. Expedia advertises free parking for silver status, but the hotel charges "amenity fees" that includes internet, gym access, and... parking. So, not really free parking, is it? I find that type of advertising duplicitous, and it's something as "little" as that which will keep me from staying here again. Unfortunate, since it's a five minute walk to my company office. Also, bathroom had prior guest's hair still around the bathtub, so, gross.

I booked the property on Expedia. The price online was $162 online but when I got to the hotel they told me it’s $487. They said it was a $250 incidental fee that’s refundable. However I still ended up paying more than $200. On top of that I didn’t hear them telling the white couple next to me about an incidental fee. It put a damper on my visit and I ended up not enjoying my stay.

This fee was explained to you during your check-in as you mentioned and during your checkout when initially booking the reservation for our hotel on the Expedia website. Beautiful room! The staff were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and were only a text away. Very clean room with a luxurious bathroom and linens. We were able to request a personal fan and a sound machine which were in our room upon arrival. The Zorba cocktail bar was very classy yet comfortable with several signature drinks. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
