Older property. The AC/heating unit was very old and had a floor heating unit in the bathroom that wouldn’t turn off. The bathroom was a sauna and it happened to be over 70 degrees during our stay. Room didn’t smell fresh and there were dust clumps blowing around on the ceiling when the air came on.

Property located in very nice area. Rooms were up to date and very clean. Front desk staff could use a little more customer service training but overall I would stay here again.

First time staying here. For a suite, the room was really tight. Really just a single room (and small at that). Also heating system was antiquated and very noisy at night. Not sure we would stay again.

Nice walking or running areas, safe, good breakfast, nice rooms, quiet. Good price also, plus nice pool and outdoor areas. Would have liked to have an earlier open time for swimming, especially in bad weather. Also would have loved a late night food/bar area to socialize.

The registration desk was very helpful and responsive. Somehow, we ended up with the only non-suite suite in the hotel - not what we paid for. The staff helped us with our adjustments but we lost confidence in Expedia through this booking. We'll deal directly with the hotels in the future. We sense that Expedia used bait and switch on selling a room that ended up very different than the one we received.

We stayed 4 nights. Every time we entered the 3rd floor it smelled strongly of marijuana. Our last night our room was very strong smelling. We had a 2 bedroom and apparently it was a pet room as there was a feces stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. We pulled a blanket out of the closet to be more comfortable in the living room and it smelled like dog and was covered in dog hair. I was very disappointed especially about the smell of marijuana as our son was in the room and just graduated out of Boot Camp.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff were wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms being very comfortable and clean. We did ask for housekeeping to come in tidy up on day 2 but was told by the front desk that they only usually come every 4 days so did it myself . Overall me and my family had a great experience staying at the Homewood Suites

The hotel was nice, but the air conditioning system was malfunctioning. My room was hot, and no one called to let us know that the system was not working properly. I prepaid for my room and wish I had the chance to know what I was going into. We were there for a Naval graduation, so there were many families enduring the same issue. The hotel is older and in need of many upgrades.
