This hotel was amazing, I got sick and needed to take an ambulance to the hospital and they were so helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that i was doing ok. Great location for shopping and dining.

Staff was horrible. Our bath tub had pubic hairs in it and something splattered all over the picture.. don't even want to fathom what it was. I asked that it be cleaned. We left for 4 hours and they didn't clean it and I had to call again. Coffeepot didn't work had to have it replaced. Wasn't told about the parking or that I needed to bring in my parking rcpt so that they could validate it... Staff seemed extreme unknowledgeable. Pool was closed for maintenance. Was notified 3 days before our trip.

We stayed for our 15th anniversary, I did note that with the reservation but they didn't mention it. The food at the restaurant was excellent but service was lacking. We had to ask for silverware and the server didn't check on us or offer drink refills. The hostess was very nice though. The room was clean and spacious. We also booked a premium "city view" which was looking west towards the suburbs, not east towards the loop and the lake. Also, parking is across the street and underground, no one explained that or that we needed to bring the ticket for validation. Overall, pleasant accommodations but not excellent service.

Everything was great except our last night there a group next to our room kept slamming their door in and out every 5 minutes until 3am and maybe that door needs to be checked our room was 1829 and it was on the right hand side next to us

Beautiful lobby/bar area with a market that had lots to choose from the few times we needed some medications, snacks, or dessert! Friendly staff in the lobby and very nice location with a beautiful view of the river. Walked to a nearby starbucks most mornings. The bathroom had some peeling wallpaper near the toilet/shower, a mysterious stain in the bathtub, and a red smear on the wall which is why I took a star off the cleanliness rating. There were also multiple empty drink glasses left in the hallways outside rooms for days. It didn’t bother us but the bar was definitely noisy at night and was able to be heard from our room at night.

Hotel sits right on the river with a nice skyline view of the city. It is on a dead end street with not many bars/restaurants right next door so the area is calm and quiet.

Loved this hotel! Location, parking and convenience was everything!! Unfortunately was supposed to have rooms side by side with the people we traveled with, but it took so long for our rooms to be clean/ ready we had to get rooms at opposite ends of the floor. As well as, I have 3 small children and was given a room with a handicap shower and no bathtub. Overall stay, was great though!!!!
