We were emailed 3 different numbers to contact an hour before we arrived, and were given very clear, very stern directions to under no circumstances bother the front desk with any questions or requests. None of the numbers we were given worked, we had to call the Pelican company directly. The first woman said she would call me back after she contacted the on-site manager, and never did. The second man who helped me told me to go to the front desk, which was confusing because as I stated previously, we were given direction to not ask the front desk any questions. The front desk did let us into our unit. The unit has great potential, it's a nice space, in a nice location, however, the cleaning was clearly lacking. This place was the ultimate example of "skipping corners". The floor was dirty enough that we had to wear shoes in the apartment, there was dust on all of the tables, and we found hair in our bed and in the shower. We tried to contact the "onsite manager" to learn how to turn the air conditioning down because it was very hot inside, but no one ever returned our phone call. I expected much more for the price we paid.
