I was not pleased with this Hotel. Front desk reception was not hospitable. The room smelt like cigarettes, the bed was so squeaky and uncomfortable to sleep in. I had reversed the room for 3 nights, after the 1st night I checked out.

Room 309 seems to be unfinished or really neglected. Dead flies on the counter top and near bathroom sink, the stovetop emitted a gas like smell when in use, overhead fan left burnt odor as well, showerhead had a leak and the drain had a tampax wrapper stuffed in it. The desk in the room wobbled as if it was going to break. The rooms at this extended stay seem to be hit or miss. I paid for the deluxe studio but the previous rooms ive had were more "deluxe" than this one

Check out always takes unnecessarily long because there is never anyone at the desk. I was also not informed that after purchasing cookware/silverware that we could keep the items and so I left everything in the room. Requested a refund or compensation of some sort but have yet to hear back

I was here for 4 nights. My room was clean, but well worn. Chipped counter tops, scratched furniture. BUT AGAIN THE ROOM WAS CLEAN!!! The overall condition of the hallways and stairwells left a bit to be desired. This is a non-smoking facility, but the stairwell was littered with cigarette butts and they were not cleaned during my stay. Also, the same paper was littered in the elevator during my entire stay.....not swept or cleaned up. Thee hotel looked tired overall.

This place listed on the advertisement that they have free breakfast included. When I checked in I was informed that no breakfast available anymore let alone free. This was disappointing. But, hey, this is not all! I ordered a couple of toys from Amazon, and I could pick up all of them except for one from the front desk. My son was expecting this dinosaur toy. The Amazon delivery person left it by the room's door and had a picture in the system. I was not there the day delivery has been made, but I tried to pick it up the next day. Guess what! Unfortunately, my package was stolen, and I did not have enough time to reorder another one. Such an unsafe place... The staff was reluctant to check the security camera. I am not even telling about all these smells of various smoke types. I cannot get how people can smoke there with all those detectors... I stayed over two weeks and only had my room made one day, that is right before the last day. Overall, the stay was beyond disappointing...

The first room they gave me was dirty. There was marijuana residue on the counter, cigarette ashes on the night stand, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the floor was dirty. They upgraded my room for free and that room was nice and clean. Safety was a concern because of the patrons and at night the front desk closes the window with a metal locked sliding door but nobody bothered me. It was actually quiet and everything turned out okay.

Roaches, leaking pipes, broken shelving, curtain rod fell and hit my husband in the head. Kitchen sink doesnt have working hot water. ceiling damage, hot plates in kitchen do not work well.light fixture between the 2 beds has a short in it. Bathtub is damaged and therefore a health hazzard to use.

It is a good place to rest your head. But the wifi was down the whole time I was there, a contractor came to try to fix it (saw the car outside) but still nothing by check out the next day. The 2 chairs in the kitchenette were very wobbly but the chair that was a part of the actual bed area was decent, if I was any larger of a person though it would be a tight fit (I'm average sized for a 5'10 female). Im just glad my phone has hotspot otherwise the tv/entertainment is useless. Don't book here without calling and asking if their internet is running, unless you want the most boring stay of your life.

The carpet in the hallways was filthy, the cleaning crew needs to be fired because my bathroom has mold on the wall behind the shower curtain and it was trash on the floor on the side of the bed. A blind man could have seen these issues considering I wasn't in the room 2 minutes and I noticed them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel wasn’t the best. We had walked in, and the lady was nice at the front desk. We had gotten to our floor, and it absolutely REEKED of cigarettes smells all over the hall. It had even traveled through the vents into our room! Our lock has also seemed as if it was busted through which is very unsettling. The toliet is a pain to press and flush, and there's not much about this hotel. Some pros are that the room is cozy. You'd get a kitchen, full fridge, and lots of storage space. Although it'd be nice to have some outlet near the night stand. We also only received one shampoo and body wash bar for two people. I'm not too sure if I'll ever come here again.

Wifi is "included" but, it is never operational. Front desk gives you the option to "upgrade" for a fee. Garbage. Cable doesn't work and front desk provided a number to call - which was not helpful. Dogs barking in the middle of the night, loud people nightly in the hallway. Entire place smells like a smoker's retreat. Take earplugs, double-lock your doors.

the room smelled like smoke, having asthma my lungs hurt instantly. Waiting for 10 mins to even check in. Didn’t get the room I requested.

Been to this hotel quit a few times everytime i come there is a toliet issue always told somebody would come see and never do
