I came to check in to the hotel after a long day of working. Around 11:30 pm. Upon entering the facility the door was locked and the front desk shut. There was a phone to call the desk. I, a woman traveling alone was greeted by a man also in the walk way who harassed me and made me feel VERY VERY unsafe. When I called it was met with no answer and a call center was called. They called twice with no answer. This whole time I’m getting harassed by this man. They ended up calling the GM who said they would call someone and have them let me in. I really wanted to go back to my car and leave I was nervous he would follow me out. I stayed in and waited. Finally another man who had a key was passing. He also harassed. I ran inside after the man because I was scared. I made sure to shut the door because it is supposed to automatically lock. The man who was harassing me ran, opened the door up and ran inside too!! I got on the elevator so fast and went to the top floor calling my emergency contact. I didn’t know where to go I felt trapped and very scared for my safety. I finally went back down stairs after 15 minutes. And knocked on the door to the office. Finally someone answered- which informed me he had just woken up. He was cussing a bunch and telling me about how terrible his day was and mad bc got called in. I informed him about the man harassing me and he said “me too” said the GM told him that they had a room for him. NO way. They also lost my res and booked my room out 0/10

I am sorry that this was your first impression of our property. We are now a Select Suites location, which means that we are closed overnight and have on-call staff that responds to after hours check-ins and issues. The ringer on the phone that our on-duty night attendant has was accidentally on silent, so he didn't know that there were missed calls. I then called the other night attendant, figuring that it would be quicker than you having to wait for me to come in. I apologize that he wasn't as friendly as he usually is.The man who was in the vestibule was not a guest here. He had been in a car accident and was waiting here to be picked up. After he harassed you and got into the building, the night attendant made him leave the building and waited to make sure he didn't come back. I don't see your reservation as being lost, since your room was preassigned before our desk closed at 10PM.If you check our other online reviews, we have really good ratings, so again, I apologize that your stay was less than you expected or deserved.

Unable to see the sign for the property until we were driving by on a barrier divided 2 lane highway. You must turn in on Golf Tower driveway and find your way through the bushes to the hotel parking lot, and that route is not lighted at night, making it very difficult.

When we arrived and checked in this hotel @9pm on 7/31/2022, the receptionist said the only one elevator was exchanging to new one now and it would take 5 weeks to fix it. It meant we could not use the elevator and our room was 3rd floor which was only room available. Also she said she did not know our phone number and email address because we booked through hotels.com. That was why she couldn't tell us that's problem in advance. After a long drive to get there, this made us so upset and tired. Also no breakfast and coffee services.

Stay was great very clean room. Some stuff on blow dryer cord was kinda gross which is why I docked one point for cleanliness. Couldn't use it. Other than that very clean. Staff very courteous. Breakfast was small but enough and the coffe was good.

We booked through hotels.com and when we got the confirmation through email we went to the hotel and the hotel says they are sold out and did not have a confirmation we were inconvenienced and had to find another hotel. And now I had pre-paid the hotel and I’m trying to get a refund.

Booked a diuble. None were available. Had to ask for a rollaway bed for other person. Bugs in the room. Freezer did not freeze and fridge was modestly cold. No temp control on fridge either

Parking lot was not safe to walk on snow. Towel holder fell off the wall as I reached for a towel. It was evident it had been poorly repaired various times before. AC/Heating unit was very loud and not responding to commands. Bed sheets rough and stiff like sandpaper. There were no disposable cups in the washroom. I've stayed numerous times at other hotels of this chain and have never had any issues. This location leaves alot to be desired and I will never use again.

Service was good. Room was good other than a bad smell in the room. It smelled like grease and stale cigarettes. I wasn’t in a position to leave and find another hotel so I just opened the windows and used essential oils. It’s too bad because except for that everything was good but I won’t be back due to the smell.
