Showed up to check in for a hotel room booked weeks in advance only to be told they were overbooked and because we booked through a third party they couldn’t do anything about it. The hotel lobby was very dated, the general neighborhood is fine, but there are much better options in the same price range available.

I was surprised to find out that is was considered a 'residential' establishment. We provided our own t.p. and garbage bags. Pots and pans were available to purchase if desired. None of this was an issue, as we were in a 'situation', and were in dire need. Ever brought the dog!

There were no cups in the bathroom and no coffee service. I asked for a cup and staff could not provide one for me. I didn’t need the kitchens but had I planned on using it I would have been disappointed. The kitchen had Nothing in it to use it. ??? A disappointing experience overall. But the staff was nice.

The facility was clean, quiet and comfortable ... what more can you ask? I'm just glad I didn't need dishes or flatware or cooking utensils as those things incur extra charges.

I arrived to the hotel at 12 midnight due to my flight being delayed. I did not get into my room until 1 am due to no one being at the desk to check me in. The whole experience was horrible! I would not be returning!

It not a good place to stay guess I book a room at 11am they confirm my booking I drove 3 hours… on my arrival time the staff said the room was book out but they supposed to send me an email to let me to figure out funding somewhere but they didn’t say anything they let me come then said it booked out so I slept in my car…

This is a convenient place but lacks services. They provide bare minimum breakfast options like muffins, coffee, granola bars & ready to eat oats. And sometimes few of these items are missing too. They do not have any substitutes for them.

This property was much better than the Calumet property as far as safety, however we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. We initially asked for a new room and the second room was dirtier than the first. So we went tback to the first room and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. The face towels that were provided had hairs in them. We went out and bought our own set of face and body towels.

Needs improvement
The hotel can use some updating. Some or the towels had visible stains on them. I don’t think they were necessarily dirty, just stains that do not come off with the wash. Those should be automatically replaced. There is a smell of humidity in the room. We had to unplug the fridge in our room because every now and then it made the loudest noise. The staff was friendly. Although, i did have to call the front desk to ask a question and had to dial around 4 or 5 times before someone picked up.

It was clean and quiet. However, the desk clerk seemed rather irritated (my check-in was very routine; no special requests or anything). No big deal, since we all have bad days. She did rather cheerfully inform me that there were no ice machines. There was one empty ice tray in the room's fridge. I was here for a medical consultation and which will require me to stay near the surgeon's office. Will likely be exploring other options next time.
