The whole property smelled like marijuana. The breakfast was served cold eggs, sausage , and gravy were placed from refrigerator to tray to warm up. Staff was not engaging on any level.

Entire hotel smelled bad, like rotten meat. Free breakfast was cold every morning. Walls very thin - noisy neighbors were very loud in my room. Wallpaper in halls torn, not repaired. When I first arrived, I walked up to the front desk and stood there for almost 15 minutes while the only employee on duty finished a phone conversation with a family member. He didn't apologize after finishing his call.

There was stains on walls and me and my girlfriend can hear people cleaning and people walking pass by talking and it would wake us up. We didn’t like that.

Due to being renovated i give the owners a good job try they turning it around so also dont expect 100% hilton stay for under $100 is passable dont ruin the sheets either jk overall great stay

Location. I read more reviews on other sites (unfortunately after my stay) and most agree, this is the ONLY thing this dump has going for it. There are people in the parking lot doing all sorts of criminal behavior all day and night from drug dealing to prostitution. This is more of a homeless shelter than a motel but they just let everyone do whatever they want. I did not feel safe in the parking lot. People were ALWAYS just hanging around smoking, drinking and doing other things near the back door which was almost always left propped open. The place is dirty and run down. Overpriced.

It was the filthiest hotel ever I stayed. Room telephone and microwave were not working. They said maintenance going on. Then the hotel should have closed. We had small kids and the smell and dirtyness was too bad. Can't walk barefoot inside room. I hope it improves after renovation.

Every part of the hotel was very dirty, food spilled on hallway floors that stayed for over a day. TV didn't work properly, liquid spilled all over back of entrance door to room that looked like an easy clean, dead bugs on counter surfaces. Breakfast offerings were a joke. New owners who apparently have no idea how to run a hotel, but are perfectly willing to take your money and not provide the appropriate service. Excuse given by the staff for why everything was so dirty was " we are doing a renovation on the 3rd floor, insulting. Have stayed here many times before the new owners took over, used to y nice. Beware.

Room was not clean except the bed was made, but the comforter had a large stain with cigarette holes in it. Bathroom floor was dirty and the shower was not clean from the last guests. Hotel is under renovations, so perhaps it will get better. Two of our lights didn't work, and there were even outlets on both sides of the bed.

It was one of those "why did we book here?" choices. Figured a Choice Hotel/Wyndham property couldn't be this bad. In the future, I will question if your properties are suitable choicws when traveling.

The hotel was a little outdated. The beds were comfortable. The hotel room and bathroom was dirty. The towels looked and smelled like they were not clean. Upon laying in the bed it felt moist. Not sure if it was just the humidity in the air or the sheets were actually damp. I would not choose to stay her again

Stay away for the stench!
The rooms were dirty and stinking. The corridors smelled of cigarettes. The carpets were stained badly, and the water in the bathroom smelled of kerosene. Overall, a terrible hotel for even a one-night stay. The hotel reservation was paid in advance and I still had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in as the person at the front desk said the payment from hotels.com was pending on their side. Terrible experience.

Rooms were not cleaned everyday and we were told cleaned”…on Mondays and Fridays” because of limited staff. Our first room had a window that would not close so a couple of flies entered. Staff graciously changed our room but both rooms had filthy carpets. Towels in both rooms were spotted. We had a good rate but I would have paid more if these problems did not exist.

We waited in line to check in behind 5 or 6 people for 45 minutes!!! I don’t think the clerk knew what she was doing! People were in line because their tv didn’t work! Ice machine didn’t work! Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend based on our experience!

The property was extremely dirty and unkept. Management was rude, housekeepers were rude. Room smelt like toothpaste and mold. Furniture was broke, towels and bedding stained. Kept shoes and socks on, floor is littered in debris throughout, even looked like there was puke on the floor in the hall.

Think twice....
The room smelled of mildew and the sink had black mold. The fire alarm went off both days i was there. The second time there was an actual fire and we evacuated when the firefighters got there. Some random person entered the hotel and started a fire . Scary!
