First, there is no convenient parking for check-in. Second, there is no ramp to bring the cart to your car. You have to leave the cart on the sidewalk and carry everything to the cart at check-in and carry everything to your car at check-outg f. The wind then blew the cart off of the curb and all of stuff flew everywhere. Third, they charged $25 for me to extend my check-out for only one hour. I have been traveling for over 50 years and never in my life have I been charged for a one hour later check-out. I will never stay there again. And I'm considering never to stay at any Choice Hotel again.

My issues is that everytime am there the pool is not working but one day and when I asked the lady at the desk she was like it worked one day that doesn’t matter I was there 4 days and my toilet in my room 124 just was nosey like it had to refill the water and I called and asked about checking in early the lady was rude and I stayed there a couple of times if the pool not working or a class is going on downstairs let the guest know and let that be there option to stay or not

For the price I was kinda shocked lights didn’t work in the room. The bathroom was absolutely not cleaned I went to buy things to clean the bathroom there was hair in the shower all over when we hadn’t touched the shower. The tv cable cord was falling off the wall. The blanket had multiple holes in it as if something ate through it. The pool had no signs that it would be maintenanced while my kids were in the pool the person came in to tell us which caught me way off guard.

You could do something a little better with the balconies. So they're not easy to get out on it and they are not easy to use.

First of the customer service was very poor. The person at the front desk seem like he was vothered to answer questions. Elevator made me think i was gonna die and got stuck for a few seconds right at the 3rd floor. Key cards are wonky.

I didn’t appreciate today when we were leaving the two gentlemen that were cleaning rooms one black and one Mexican made comments and laughed at us as we were walking past them. Me and my wife have started there 5 or 6 times and really enjoyed the stay but don’t appreciate the immaturity of staff! We will be looking for another place to stay and we will let everyone know what happened!

I booked for the pool. I went to the basement and noticed the pool was not open. I asked the staff why the pool was not open, she said it would be open shortly. We went back to the pool to see that the pool was never going to open and it was unsafe to get in. I was lied to the first time and I reached out to management about a refund still no response.

Extremely dissappointed! Room was okay…but the shower was clogging, shower head falling off, floors stained. The noise was unbelievable! People screaming in the hallways, weird noises coming from the room, heating system was loud, there was a party on the bottom floor which we could hear all the way on the second floor and the smell of marajuana was disgusting!!!! Terrible experience!

Not sure if it is because the building is so old, but we got the creeps soon as we got there. My kids did not like the pool and thats why i picked this hotel. Gym room everything was broke. The sign on the trash can at free breakfast said "DO NOT THROW FOOD AWAY OR YOUR ROOM WILL BE CHARGED", how can you tell someone not to toss what they dont want. My son found a half broken Crack pipe in our room😡. We just wont be going back

I didn’t like how strict their were about the free breakfast if you take a plate upstairs you will be charged If you throw any of the food away you will be charged. In the breakfast area was freezing.

It’s not what it use to be!
My stay was a good one until it was time to go to bed, there was a child running throughout the hall all night, the smell of the devils lettuce being smoked. Then for breakfast the next morning signs are posted about a $20 charge if you take anything to your room. Oh and if you waste any food you’ll be charged for that as well. Like what’s going on with this place I’ve stayed here so many times. Not only that but the power was out for 2 hours and no one even came and said anything. Upon checking out I’m like so what are you doing for the power outage? The guy said it’s an ACT OF GOD we can’t do anything about that. Overall I’ll be looking else where for my stays for school for now on. It’s not worth the hassle.
