Traveled to Chicago stay in the hotel for 3 nights. The customer service were very friendly, room was very comfortable, free parking, and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of food choices. Very satisfied.

Hotel was basic but very functional. Price point was unreal. Hallways were extremely hot and uncomfortable. Gym needs to be better maintenance. Breakfast was very good and room service was on par

This hotel was a bit smaller than most hotel’s i’ve stayed at prior but I think I prefer it as it feels more homey. I stayed 3 nights and each night was nothing but peace and good sleep.

Usually come here without problems but the room that I was given on 3/8/2023 didn't have hot water.Shower head had gunk on it and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. Good thing I was just there for a night.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and agreeable.
The front outside safety door wouldn't lock. In the room the furniture was old and outdated. The wall paper was puckering near the bed. The room smelled stale. There was a wooden chest to hang your clothing. I would rate it a 3 out of 10. Disappointing experience

We booked for 3 nights but had to leave after 2 for medical reasons and staff at site suggested to contact expedia for refund of one evening and we that and we did and now the hotel would not refund, very disappointing and will never stay there after they recommended to contact for refund. So staff on site is not educated on their manager not refunding after staff stated a refund.
I guess the money is worth more that someone’s health but yet they received my money and could re rent my room when the hotel is already busy. Shame on this greediness .

Overall this property was clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good. The only complaint is the weed smell throughout the hallways and the AC unit being loud when turned on.
