Awful quality when compared to the price
My husband and I stayed here for our friend's wedding weekend. Looking for hotels was incredibly frustrating because there only seemed to be over-our-budget 5 Star hotels or disgusting, poorly-reviewed budget hotels so when we found Club Quarters hotel and it was within our budget and it had good reviews, we were excited to book.
While making my reservation online, there was an option for a queen bed or to pay a fee for an upgrade to a king bed. We went with the queen because we didn't think the king was worth the extra $75/night. Upon getting into our room, however, we were pleasantly surprised to find a king bed in our room anyway. We got ready for the rehearsal dinner and quickly left but when we finally got back to our room for the night, we were extremely disappointed to find our "king" bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together. The mattresses were cheap, extra firm, and uncomfortable. Not ideal for a married couple escaping their kids for the weekend.
The bathroom looked like something out of a YMCA locker room. It works but it was small and scuzzy. My husband and I had trouble getting ready for anything because the space was so small.
The absolute worst part, however, was waking up Saturday morning to find that the underside of my pillow was covered in mold and mildew stains. The front desk staff seemed wholly unconcerned when I brought it too them too. I will always have to check my pillows at hotels now.
Bottom line, I'd never stay here again.
