My last visit to this property was absolutely terrible. No sleep first night loud people all night long on both sides. 2nd night 4 families on my floor together allowed their kids to run up and down the hall in between rooms screaming and slamming doors. They moved up to a higher floor and I was woke up by drunk guests wandering up and down the hallway and a party going on down the hall. I called front desk and they sent some little old man "security" to knock on door and tell them there was a noise complaint. It didnt phase them. I could look out my peephole and see drunk people wandering around with drinks in hand even stopped in front of my door. I did not feel safe. Parking garage is nasty dirty and the door to get in with your luggage is inconvenient with your hands full. I stayed here because it was a convenient location, however the service is terrible if you need a hood night of sleep.

The lady (i forget her name) was so very nice and respectful. She had the most beautifulest smile the whole time. She took interest in my life, and gave positive feed back. Thank u to her. Being that she was the first person of contact, she represented the hotel in a lovely way.

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and has a lot amenities, they even gave you free water bottles when you checked in. They also provided free water in the lobby for you to take at your leisure. Vehicle wise, There is only one entrance into the parking garage and it has a very steep incline. Parking was also $18 a night, but otherwise I loved my stay.

As soon as we entered our room we discovered pubic hair in the tub and in the bathroom floor and reported it. Because they were not able to take care of it that evening no one in our room could shower in the morning. When we returned we found they had cleaned up part of the hair but not all. It was clear they did not clean.

I've been staying here once a year for like the past 15 years. It's changed hands a number of times, and right now it's about as good as it's been. Clean, quiet, and a great location close to lots of restaurants. Getting up to the garage requires going up a scary ramp, but that's a small issue for an otherwise fine place to stay.

The light switches were in weird places, the one for the bathroom was behind the towels and I didn’t find it for the first night. One light switch was in the closet. The staff didn’t explain to me that there were charges to services like parking and breakfast, but they did remove the parking charge from my bill. The worst part of the hotel was the shower. The shower was either cold or too hot and there wasn’t a lot of pressure. Other than all of those things, it was good in every other capacity.
