The staff was very friendly and the property was clean, but it was not in great condition. The rolled entryway of our room had crumbling grout making the tiles loose when you walked on them. The toilet in the bathroom was running and wouldn’t flush, my husband had to take the tank lid off and fix it. Lastly it was extremely loud between being able to hear everything happening in the hallway and the pipes or something in the walls making a clicking sound.

I booked for a day but extended to 3 days. All the front desk staff were good, kind, welcoming, approachable and responsive. They helped and served all our extra requests like additional room supplies, room extensions, and milk for the kids after hours. They were kind with kids giving candies on demand. They even accommodated food requests after the breakfast closing time. Rooms were clean. Shower was little slow but hot water coming all the time which was good.

I chose this property based on convenience to my route of travel, moderate pricing and good reviews. For a one night stay, it was more than adequate. The room was large, clean and updated. Breakfast was included with several choices but not the best food. Conveniently located just off the highway made it noisy, though the room was quiet and the commercial neighborhood felt exposed.

You could hear everything and everybody so sleep wasn't the best. Also the light blocking curtans didnt close all the way so the light from the lamp posts also kept me up most of the night

No hot water and notifying the staff lead to no resolution. Staff was numbingly difficult to communicate with and the place was run down. Breakfast cereal was stale and clearly low quality.

Room was clean and tidy. Mattress was a little stiffer than preferred but not an issue. Layout of bathroom was odd with light switch hidden behind door. Felt attended to and overall safe when staying.
