The area has lots of great restaurants and we were within walking distance to Montrose Beach and other great neighborhoods. It was clean and had everything we needed. The building itself is new and clean and the gym was surprisingly well supplied with several cardio machines, a full set of dumbbells and a cable machine. The bedding could be upgraded along with bigger coffee cups and more towels. There is a Keurig and kcups available and appreciated all of the available cleaning supplies.
