Great hotel! Free transportation to and from airport which was very nice. Large hotel so it did have multiple choices for dinning. Not to mention a Lawsons for convenience on adult beverages and late night snacks. Very clean hotel and quiet. The had windows that open! None of the other hotels had this. I love fresh air to sleep. They accommodated us with an extra bed and night gowns. Larger shower and bathroom area. Had tv in which you can log into Netflix or other streaming services. Will absolutely stay here again!

Really lovely hotel that is comfortable and has all the amenities while being affordable. There is a 24h Lawson in the hotel and a couple of restaurants for dining. Would totally come back again.

Really nice staff and very clean hotel! Plus the food options were plenty and a they have a convenience store! They also had a shuttle to the airport which was great. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed there many times and each time it’s been the same high quality service to the guests. It’s close to Narita, convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are always clean, well kept and made specifically for the guests staying there.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Regular shuttles to Narita airport. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.

the outside is underrated upon arriving. But on the backside there are beautiful cherry blossoms. The inside is spacious and inviting. Rooms are comfortable and westernized. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of options. And, there is a shuttle to take you to the Aeon shopping mall, train station, or most importantly airport. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our second time to stay in Hotel Nikko Narita. Hotel servers were very attentive to our requests. We love the spacious layout of the room and good quality of the buffet breakfast. The room rates were reasonably priced as well. However, hotel rooms appear to be old and outdated , and need renovation.

Bed was very uncomfortable and I didn’t like the lack of food options, but otherwise it was a fine hotel.

Very nice beautiful hotel and grounds are park like and there is a free shuttle service to the mall and airport, but not walking distance to anything. Staff were all very welcoming, good buffet breakfast and dinner is available. A few other restaurants on site, convenience store and gift shop also on site. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We booked 2 rooms 3 weeks ago and again just recently. In all rooms and all bookings, the air conditioning did not work. It was unbearable and for this, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff checked us in quickly and delivered our large suitcases to our rooms. Rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast was a generous buffet and the same restaurant offers a dinner and a la carte option as well.

My family & I love the place, the people & the food! It was our first time to visited Japan and everything was fabulous & beautiful. Next year we will definitely visit Japan again. But this time we will go back in April as I really love to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

For airport hotels the rooms are big and comfortable. The free shuttle from terminals makes it very easy to get to.

Excellent place to stay after a 10 hr flight . Clean, quiet , comfortable!! For my very first hotel in Japan I loved it! After a 10 hr flight I needed to stretch my legs so I walked from the airport to the hotel in 1/2 hr . Plenty close for me ! Stay here is all i can say

This is the ideal hotel to stay overnight if it's too late to go to Tokyo (or other destination) the next day. Just hop on a hotel shuttle bus at any terminal (there was even an employee from the hotel to assure me I was on the right bus) to get to the hotel. The lobby was spacious & clean and the employees were very helpful. The room was also clean and ideal for an overnight stay (e.g. it had all the right amenities). What I really liked was there was a restaurant/bar at the top floor, a Lawson's (?) open 24/7 on the 1st floor, and a breakfast cafe (1st floor also). I highly recommend staying here and I will do so myself!

We stayed there for 7 days and we had an amazing experience . The building is old but it’s clean , staffs are very nice although not everybody speaks English but they tried their best to help their guests. Transportation to and from airport and mall is very convenient .its good we booked with breakfast and Serene restaurant was good , I love the the food they’re serving , the only thing I didn’t want is they have same menu for like 3 weeks before they change but I ate same food everyday , it’s so good.
