The property was exquisite and the services provided to guests was outstanding. The pool area far exceeded by expectations, and the complementary food items provided in the lobby which included fresh fruit and snack mix was outstanding. The staff was also very welcoming and responsive to my needs.

This was a wonderful stay at Nak Nakara. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and my stay was very comfortable. Located about 10 minutes walk to many shops and food options, the hotel is nestled in a quiet enclave within Chiang Rai. My only disappointment was that I didn't get to stay here for longer, but if I come back to Chiang Rai, I will certainly come back for a stay here again.

Everything but the first day was excellent. The first day I was told 9 rooms needed repair so I had to go to a different hotel for the first night. It was a much cheaper hotel far from the main area. It was fine but I didn’t get what I paid for. Turned out the previous guests just wanted to stay longer and that’s why I wasn’t allowed to check in for when I booked. But everything else was great. Friendly staff. Great location. Everything was clean.

Staff and cleanliness was great, rooms spacious and peaceful. Easy access to all the attractions and food/car rental etc breakfast much better than described would recommend this hotel for easy access if you have disabilities. Ramps to rooms etc

Staff were fantastic. Helpful. Breakfast was good but what made it so special was their hospitality. We would stay at this property again. They can also set up tours. Taxi rides. Vespa rentals.

Great staff
All staff appeared to go well out of their way to be helpful. Although the bed was too hard for my liking everyone’s opinion can be different. It’s tastefully decorated throughout and within close range to a number of things.

Pleasant Stay in Chiang Rai
This hotel met or exceeded our expectations in almost every way! The staff members were amazing. The breakfasts were very good. The room was spacious with the only caveat being the beds were too hard for our liking. We would come back! The location is great.

We can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was lovely. The restaurant provided a good breakfast and the staff were friendly. What made this hotel special were the little touches. Not only did we have the standard two free water bottles in our room each day, there was a fridge in the lobby with more water bottles, fruit and snacks, free of charge. The staff were incredible about helping arrange tours or taxis. Their rates were very reasonable and they were always so friendly and helpful. They also had a map for guests that highlighted restaurants, stores, the hospital and other areas of interest. Lots of thought has been put into the comfort of their guests. Highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Great little hotel with nice pluses, like free bikes and minibar items (not alcohol) and always cold water for your rides around town. Nicely located. Very tasty breakfast with choices of coffee. Very attentive staff. Unfortunately the rooms were a bit dated but still clean and comfy.

Lovely, spacious room in a courtyard setting. Very well maintained. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Free snacks and Water all day and a free mini bar (non-alchoholic). Excellent breakfast, large comfy bed and great shower. Good Wi-Fi. Easy walking distance to night market. We loved it.

Nice but meh
It was a nice hotel but had thin walls and doesn’t look as nice as it does in the pictures. The breakfast wasn’t very good but the staff was very friendly.

Friendly spot but away from most things except the great Saturday night market. The shower sprayed beyond the glass panel and drained very slowly. Though I qualified for an upgrade the room assigned had window that looked into a concrete wall. Staff were lovely though.

Management clearly focused on providing the best facility and services and it shows in every facet. The friendly staff works hard at maintaining high level quality in every area including house keeping, food service and customer service. My week long stay here was the best ever. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and spotless cleanliness. Most accommodating lodging I have experienced. Highly recommended!

Everything was really good except the bathroom had an odor the first 2 days and we had small bugs in bathroom sink. Other than that,, the bed was great and comfortable room. Nice grounds etc. Quiet.

Fifteen to twenty minutes walk distant to Clock Tower downtown. Manager Jun is a very helpful person and thank you for everything.

First room was musty. I thought once we ran the A/C for a while it would clear up. It did not. My nose and eyes were getting itchy and I knew we needed to move. Staff were very helpful, let me sniff test 2 vacant rooms and we found a satisfactory one. Shower was great! Beds very firm like most of Thailand. Staff excellent!
