Nice hotel near to night market

Location is good Room is clean Karasa lounge is comfortable Cocktail is enjoyable No children facility Suitable for couple Not much activity Breakfast is ok but not quite comparable to other 5 stars

Excellent, But Beware!

Pros: Great location to everything, delicious breakfast buffet, happy hour, beautiful grounds.
Cons: If people are sent to secondary condo building, they should still have access to hotel facilities.
Location: Great restaurants, shopping and more nearby.
I booked my reservation on Expedia. Upon check-in to this beautiful hotel, staff told us that we would not be staying at the main hotel, but rather, at their second, and less charming facility, across the street. It looked like a high-rise with condos, and we were told that we would not have access to the main pool. After about an hour of back and forth, and speaking with a manager, we were finally given a room in the main hotel, as we had originally expected. After that, service and experience were excellent, but I feel that I have to warn other travelers to confirm their room and take a print-out, so that they don't end up across the street and miss out on the experience and beauty of the main hotel.

Exceptional Hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai

Upon arrival we were greeted with a special drink and seated while they checked us in. Our accommodations were outstanding, spacious and with abundant thought out in to providing guests with an excellent stay. The hotel offered a beautiful breakfast buffet with an abundant variety of options. They offer afternoon tea and have exemplary restaurants and staff. Definitely a 5 star hotel with 5 star staff!

What they advertise on Expedia is not what you get

Cons: They should honestly show what they offer
Location: Location is close to amenities Nice restaurant
We were given a suite in a building across of the hotel, terrible view of neighbouring roofs and garbage. We were not allowed to use the hotel Poole. The balcony is very narrow, barely fit a chair Never again in this place Very nice and respectful staff.

Location: 5 minute walk to the night market
Serene setting with an amazing staff. Central location. Be sure to have the delicious brunch and high tea.

Riverside luxury close to all the sites

Cons: It was all good
Location: Easy to walk to the main temples and town. Very close to the night market. Great riverside spot.
Fantastic hotel - great location, staff & service. We had a slight issue with check in ( Expedia says it 2pm check in the hotel policy 3pm) this was dealt with really well by the customer relations manager and free afternoon tea was enjoyed by the family. Breakfast has many tasty options, the cocktail bar was great - Look out for Dr X and her special cocktail suggestions, booking for drivers etc no issue. I would visit again.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in!!

This hotel ruined hotel experiences for the rest of my life because nothing will ever live up to it. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was truly a special place. The staff is beyond sweet and caring, everyone knows you by name and literally runs over to help you in anyway they can if they see you may need something. Everyone from the lobby staff, restaurant, pool seems so genuinely happy to be adding to your experience. Food at the restaurants were great and they have pretty much anything you want and if not they would be happy to make it. The rooms and the overall design was meticulous. I'd call it Japanese/contemporary/modern... Just beautiful. Photos don't do this place justice. The tai massage at the spa was amazing and the private boxing class we took was so much fun. Lots of cool stuff to do around the hotel area and the staff helps you plan anything you need so that you feel safe which we felt was important when you travel to a country you are not familiar with. Great location in walking distance from the night markets and temples but also secluded enough on the river that when your in the resort you are in such a calm place to be with your loved ones. This isn't the "pool party" hotel type of place... Go to this hotel if you want to see and experience all the best sites in Chang Mai and then come back, dive into a quiet pool have a beautiful dinner and be in a truly zen hotel. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, excellent condition, and comfortable environment. We got upgraded to a suite which is huge and very comfortable with very beautiful balconies. However, i could always hear the street noise from my room which I find very disturbing. Breakfast selection was ok but food wasn't amazing, also room service menu was extremely expensive. Service was ok, although a couple of times when we asked for transportation recommendations, we were always quoted the higher rates and didn't get enough advice on all available options.
