The staff takes 45 mins just to get room service water or iron board. How do you expect this in a five star service for the price we pay??

Lalit consistently great

Pros: The restaurant and chef Alam's amazing chicken dish!
Cons: Small fixes and updates in the bedroom and baths.
Location: Very convenient and close to airport, far from everything else.
The Lalit chain is always excellent. I've stayed at the one in New Delhi many times and this was my first stay in Mumbai. The staff was amazing and the best part of the trip, they helped with everything. A special thank you to the master chef Rais Alam at the restaurant who went out of his way to make an incredible special meal for me, it was excellent!

Nice hostel but be prepared

Pros: Location close to airport
Cons: Common areas are nice, clean and beautiful. Rooms need improvement. for example. The air conditioning centralized system is noisy.
Nice hotel , but be prepared to high prices on everything in the hotel. On the plus side, the staff is so friendly and eager to help. That was the most remarkable part. In general, Indian people are friendly, but

Expensive but good

The hotel I paid 20k for 2 nights. I felt that to be rich given the ITC maratha is cheaper and I must say is way better. But I enjoyed the comfort of the room and guest services. The staff was very slow however. I ordered for a bottle of water and it took 45 mins to get it. Fruit basket also was the same case. But the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city.

Pros: The refreshing pool!
My stay this weekend was pretty awesome. This is a nice peaceful hotel in the heart of the city, however, while I was here, I felt like I was completely free of the noise and chaos of the city. This was a lovely experience and I would like to visit once again.
