This was a great property! We loved the location and the easy walk to the waterfront and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the onsite parking was great. The room was clean and we really appreciated the blackout shades and comfortable bed after a long flight. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a beautiful junior suite during our stay! Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. We were slightly annoyed that spa amenities were at another hotel but we made our walk over. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed before and looked forward to returning. Absolutely thrilled I did. Re emotion staff is cordial and efficient. My room was spacious with a wonderful view of Lake Geneva. Bedding was very comfortable. Hope to come back again soon!

A very quite and convenient location near the lake and adjacent to Beau-Rivage Palace Hotel. The rooms are spacious and provide excellent views.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and quite comfortable. Our only complaint is that the receptionist asked if we needed help with out bags, but did not tell us that there was no elevator to our room. We said no, and after we left the lobby building we discovered that it was necessary to climb 30 steps to reach our room. We are both in our 70s and had to struggle to carry our suitcases up those steps!

Property and rooms were lovely, we had two rooms. One room was fine, the other room the air conditioning did NOT work well enough to keep the room cool as the room got a lot of afternoon sun (Maintenance said it worked fine), but still 80 degrees in the room. The windows only had sheer curtains so could not close them to keep out sun. The facility did NOT have fans. The room was near an alley that cars and workers frequented starting at 6 am. Which were heard due to open windows because VERY hot. Also no blackout curtains. Honestly if was had slept better, would have loved the property.

Excellent Stay
Very nice hotel and sister property to the Beau Rivage Palace next door. The pool is beautiful and has all day sun and the rooms are modern and comfortable in a period, in which Lord Byron wrote the Prisoner of Chillon. Overall an excellent stay, very nice and professional service.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very attractive, reasonably spacious, very clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. Apart from the personal touches smaller hotels can provide like fresh milk for tea and biscuits it is difficult to think of any faults.
