"Fantastic staff"
The hotel was ideally placed for attending an event at Chester Zoo. The rooms were clean and spacious and suitable for our needs. Most importantly, the staff went out of their way to ensure that the rooms were ready early, long before normal check-in, so that we could change after travelling and get to the event freshened up. The staff could not have been more helpful and are a credit to the company.

"Close to the city of Chester"
Nice enough, a little run down and could use some TLC in the guest rooms. We only were passing through (1 night) so good enough for our needs.
