"We’ve stayed here a few times and have enjoyed each trip. The only thing I didn’t like this time was being asked multiple times by different people (who worked with the hotel) about rewards points that turned into what seemed like a time share pitch. I was there for 5 days and was approached almost every time I went through the lobby. I understand trying to promote something but it did become annoying. They even approached us as we had our hands full with bags and take out after a long day. Maybe there’s a better way to go about this new promotion. But like I said earlier always a great and comfortable stay. "

"Very clean and efficient room and bath. Hard surface floors were a plus. The area is really nice and close to shopping, bars and restaurants. There is no privacy when you use the toilet. You can see the silhouette and it isn’t soundproof. The door is frosted glass and very close to the bed. I was scared awake at 5:00 a.m. when the upstairs neighbor took a shower, it sounded like someone was in our room. The staff was nice and helpful. "
