Nice period property. Excellent price for the location.

The old style building and dinning room were lovely and the paintings. In a location near lots of shops, cafes ( short walk-5-10 mins), Rooms had all we needed. Windows that could open, I love fresh air.

I liked the fact that it had windows that opened as I don’t like air conditioning. The bathroom was large and bright. Only issue we had was our room overlooked the main Street so was quite noisy.

The room was small but it had everything we needed. Loved how close it was to the British Museum.

Great location and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean wity traditional style however the room and corridors were very stuffy and hot. Getting ready wasnt pleasant. Would advise asking for additional fans in warm weather.

The room and bathroom was incredibly small compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the UK. The hotel was in a decent area and it was small which was nice because there weren't many people at breakfast, etc. There wasn't A/C but they did give us a fan for the window. There is a row of properties on the same block owned by this company. We were upgraded to the Grange Portland and we had an extra sofa, cot and table. Our entire stay was lovely and the room service food was surprisingly good and resonably priced. I'd recommend this property as a great mid-range ...
