Check-in was quick. Staff friendly. Requested a room on the top floor which wasn't arranged but still satisfied with the first floor room we were given. Simple and clean with easy access to the spa. Bathroom very simple and noticed mould along the sealant of tub. Heated pool was enjoyable. Plenty of parking on-site (just remember to register car plate on arrival). Warrington town centre within easy reach by car. Pleasant stay at the hotel. Didn't try the breakfast but it'd be £12 pp if you confirm on the day of arrival, or £15 pp if you decide in the morning.

Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. The staffs at reception told us that the rooms are cleaned every other day. No hot water on the second day so had to do with cold showers. The staffs at the reception desk made up some ridiculous explanation about the room being too far from the boiler and the hot water having to travel further to get to us. Seriously? Our room was on the first floor near the stairs. The hot water inside the room doesn’t immediately heat up. You have the run the water for around ten minutes and hope for that at some point it heats up. The pillows are uncomfortable, too hard and ridiculously large. The duvet is thin so we were cold during the nights. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and unsuitable to be used as a bed. Our room was cleaned on the second day but it was barely cleaned. Dirty cups, drinking glasses and teaspoons were left inside the room. No new or clean cups/glasses. Garbage not cleared from the room so having the displeasure of spending part of our stay with the rubbish inside the room. There was no information inside the room. No information given at reception regarding the full guest services that are available. No details about the dining options so we didn’t ate at the hotel. On a whole I am extremely disappointed and I would not stay at this hotel again for a leisure break. Look closely and you can see that the place is not very clean. It is surface wipe to look presentable.

The hotel was beautiful the rooms could do with upgrading the tables tv cabinet etc and clean room should be done as mine was not done they only put in new towels took old ones nothing else pillows was so huge and hard i even requested for softer pillows that was not much different either so thin and thick hard and soft pillows should be available was so hard to sleep for two night’s breakfast was fantastic staffs at reception was welcoming

As a VIP property and a Gold member for Expedia, there was no acknowledgement of that during check in. Although the family room (222) we got was large, it was very cold and none of the heaters worked. Bathroom a little worn out, e.g. chipped bathroom tiles, broken floor tiles in the bathroom. I did mention the cold room.l, but then I only got a small portable heater that was obviously not big enough for the size of room. Room view was not something that I was necessarily looking for, but it was overlooking the roof of some sort of outbuilding which wasn’t great. Shame about the room. Would have liked breakfast to finish later in the weekends (finished at 10am), and for more than one coffee machine to be working given the amount of people queuing. Maybe we’re a bit unlucky with the room, but I would have actually liked to have seen my Expedia benefits, which I didn’t.

Second stay but we upgraded to a superior room and got a few extras in with the price such as coffee machine fridge (filled) bath robes etc Pool and spa is included in the price so no need for extra payments can use gym and other facilities to for free parking is free All round we love this hotel and will return again soon

We arrived at 3:00 pm the check-in time. The room was not ready. So we went to the bar area and ordered some tea (which would have been free in the room) while we waited. At dinner our meal seemed to take a long time to arrive. When we enquired it turned out that the server had forgotten to give the order to the kitchen. We were offered complimentary desserts. When those arrived they were cold. We were told "well they are free anyway". When we went to bed we noticed that the bed was not properly made up, there was no mattress topper, and it frankly looked like someone had just finished sleeping in it. Too tired to do anything about it that night we pointed it out the next morning. We received an apology from reception, I have no idea if hotel management was advised.

The hotel was amazing clean staff were friendly and there to help if needed pool and spa included in price to Not very much around locally though ur a bit tied to either eating in the hotel restaurant or the pub down the road if you don’t have transport we had to travel to get a good meal parking was easy all round the hotel was fantastic though

Always a very good standard and highly recommended
We have stayed here several times and it goes without saying that the service is consistent and of a high standard. Staff always there to assist and a very warm welcome. Rooms are well furnished and the beds really comfortable. Minimal noise levels which make. This a relaxing stay facilities include spa gym and pool I would recommend this to anyone.

Not as expected
Not quite the luxury we were expecting from the superior king room. It was an average double room with a sofa. There was no bathrobe and the mini bar had a minimum amount of drinks in it. (This was within the cost of the room.) When asked about the bathrobe, was told there wasnt any in the building as the delivery hadn't arrived. Will not be rushing back. Food was average.

Well worth a stay
All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Room was big and layed out well. In a good condition. Tried our the pool and gym and both facilities were well maintained. Handy location near to motorway for Manchester shopping and sites like Tatton Park.

Overnight stay
Room- good size, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast - Food well prepared and very tasty but could have been more choice.

Nice hotel with amazing service
We stayed one night and were very happy with the hotel, thought it was good value for money, and enjoyed our stay. The service was exceptional (check in, bar, breakfast) and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had, again great value at £12pp
