This hotel is the best location in Chester. The Grosvenor is quite difficult to find if you haven't visited before, we have been several times now, and still tend to get lost. The hotel itself looks very grand from the entrance, both from the back and the front entrance.
The room we had was a lite on the small side, probably the smallest room we have stayed in at this hotel.
The complimentary tray was good, but not enough sugars and tea bags for those who enjoy more than two cups. It would be a nice touch to have some locally sourced buiscuits.
The room in general was clean, but bathroom fella little short( couple of hairs in the bath)
Would prefer toilet brush in bathroom, this could be very embarrassing .
