Fantastic location near to all facilities

Posted 03-Jan-2016
Pros: Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfy.
Spent a lovely two nights in this hotel and loved being able to walk out of the door and being right in the centre of things. We had paid for room only and were happy to pay extra for the breakfast, however, when we went down next day we found if was £17.50 each which seems a little excessive if you only fancy a coffee and coissant. However, this did not spoil our stay as we went out to the local cafes and spent under £10 for both of us!!

Great location. Ok room

Posted 08-Dec-2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Sound proofing Furniture positioning
Location: Great for local restaurants, bars, shops and sights.
Location is central to everything in Chester Room was ok, due to the door not opening fully as the bed was in the way. Noise from the corridor and adjacent club were audible while trying to sleep

Lovely staff and general area bedrooms tired

Posted 06-Dec-2015
It was a lovely location and the bar reception etc. Was lovely just how we wanted however the bed was so hard the floor would of been better! The was a breeze as the windows were old and unable to shut. Bathroom was lovely nice shower etc. Just the room let it down needed a bit of money spending on it and a fresh lick of paint room 313. But the rest was perfect staff were very friendly and happy to help with everything

Very nice hotel in centre of Chester

Posted 29-Nov-2015
Stayed for one night to do some Christmas shopping. Location is excellent with convenient car parking nearby. Hotel is stylish with friendly staff. Our room on the first floor was very clean and comfortable. Nice bar area with 2 for 1 cocktails every evening. Breakfast also excellent with plenty of choice and hot options cooked to order. Only complaint was noise from nightclub opposite. Try to get a room away from the front of hotel to avoid this.

Our room was a little on the small side and bathroom was also small and awkward to get into. However very clean and everything you needed was supplied. Breakfast was nice, mine was a little overcooked. Great location though.

Loo blues

Posted 04-Nov-2015 on Hotels
Great location, staff really nice and helpful. Avoid room 119 bathroom very, very small you can only go in or out by walking sideways and you can only sit on the loo if you have short legs. Other rooms that we have stayed in, in the past, have all been great.
