Great location for shopping and sights.

Only gripe was the cold room, and after fiddling with the radiators to get them working the room never really warmed up, nor the bathroom, however, this was on a particularly cold night.

Great positioning to the town centre

Posted 12-Dec-2016
We had a lovely day at Chesire Oaks shopping village and chose this hotel as it was a short distance away and it was in the middle of the town and also had a late arrival policy.

Good location. In the City centre, excellent.

Athough the Hotel was very nice, we had a interupted nights sleep Due to the nightclub below the Hotel playing loud music until 4. 00 in the morning. Felt we should have been warned about this or put in another room.

This is a lovely hotel, just a few small problems.

Posted 30-Nov-2016
Our room and bathroom were clean and the décor was nice, but the radiator in our room was on full and wouldn't turn down as the knob had come off, we had to have the window open the entire time to let fresh air in. The breakfast let our stay down, no dishes on the cereals & fruit counter, also no glasses and hardly any fruit juice (they did turn up after a request/wait...) no available tables were set for breakfast, one was quickly half set up for us but was missing napkins & cups which we had to chase up with the waitress. Although the cooked breakfast could not be faulted.

Charming old hotel!

Posted 05-Oct-2016
Pros: Beautifully remodeled building with character and charm! Staff is very friendly.
Cons: Being an old building, the bathroom doors are quite small, and wood beneath the carpeted floors can be creaky. Don't bother with the restaurant
Location: Great location close to shops, restaurants, Roman ruins, and city walls are easy to wander from here.

the Blossoms feels like a very special occasion

The New Blossoms Hotel is a historic hotel which hads been very well updated but has kept the charming character of the old hotel. Located in the heart of Chester; steps from a walk on the city walls or shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful and the lobby and adjacent rooms are comfortable and inviting. My room was comfortable ,clean and well kept. The hotel has a nice dining room as well as a Tea room. I look forward to going back.
