We have no complaints about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the food was excellent, the only OBSERVATION we would like to make was the Dining Hall/Bar.... this did not reflect the rest of the hotel, it should have been left as 'old worlde' as being modernised meant it lacked character, charm, ambience etc.etc. and if a spoon was accidentally dropped on the floor everyone looked around to see who had been shot! It was not an intimate/friendly Dining Hall, and the Bar area could have been a really nice niche for a drink before the meal. As I say, it is purely an observation and whilst we may have been one of your more senior residents for our short stay, even younger people like to feel special when dining out.
We would also like to say that we have known of the Blossom Hotel for many years as we used to live outside Chester and we chose this hotel because of its accessability to the main centre.
