Got a room with handicapped shower and the hot and cold water was reversed, but shower was good once I figured that out. Breakfast looked good, but all I got was coffee. We went out for breakfast. I did see a sign not to take it back to the room, dining room was full so we would not have been able to eat. Staff was friendly!

Nice stay here. Only problem was the hot water wasn’t working the first morning. Maybe too many people were getting ready at the same time. Other than that no issues. Friendly staff and convenient location

The staff members were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The location of the hotel was very safe and convenient. The floors in the rooms were clean. We did have someone at 2am pulling on our door trying to get in, but we assume it was a hotel guest who may have forgotten which room they were staying in. Overall a nice hotel experience for a quick trip to Busch Gardens.

The room was cramped, too dusty, floor musty and dirty, food at buffet was terribly bland. Apple juice dispenser at buffet dispensed water. We requested for bedsheets to be changed, but it felt like it wasn’t cleaned at all! Not recommendable.

This property is decent for the price and location. The staff was very nice. We took our dog with us, so we were in the pet friendly wing. It was on the first floor, so easy access to the outside for potty breaks. There was ice and vending in the wing, which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows didn't swallow my head. The tv had pretty bad reception which made watching tv aggravating. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't very good. Most of our food was cold and very okay.
