Spa,Lake access. Welcome to the Okitaskami cottage. This word means \`earth, soil\` in Atikamekw. It\`s a language, but it\`s also one of the 11 First Nations of Quebec. Paying tribute to Canada\`s First Nations is very important to us, as it constitutes the entire history of this country. Si des odeurs de fumées ou de traces de cigarettes sont détectées dans le chalet, des frais de nettoyage seront facturés. 6\. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés avec restriction. Si le locateur vous permet d’amener vos animaux vous êtes responsable des dégâts causés par celui-ci. Vous devez ramasser leurs besoins extérieurs et ne pas les laisser dormir sur les lits, divans ou couvertures. Il ne doit pas être laisser sans surveillance. Vous devez passer la balayeuse avant de quitter. 7\. Pour des raisons de sécurité, il est interdit de faire brûler des chandelles dans le chalet. 8\. Afin d’assurer la tranquillité des voisins, il est interdit de se promener sur les terrains privés avoisinants et de faire du bruit susceptible d’incommoder les voisins après 21h00\. Toutes plaintes de la part des voisins susciteront l’annulation immédiate du séjour. Les partys sont interdits. Le but du chalet est en premier lieu un lieu de villégiature, de repos et de tranquillité. 9\. Il est interdit d’installer une tente sur le terrain. 10\. Les feux extérieurs doivent être limités à l’endroit prescrit. 11\. Les feux intérieurs sont interdits entre le 1er mai et le 1er septembre. 12\. Nous fournissons, en petites quantités, certains produits afin de vous dépanner. Quand ces réserves sont épuisées, c’est à vous de les remplacer selon vos besoins pour le reste de votre séjour. Voici la liste de ces items : • Filtres à café • Savon à vaisselle, et pastilles de lave-vaisselle • Papier hygiénique, essuie-tout et mouchoirs • Sacs poubelle 13\. L’eau du chalet provient d’un puit artésien. Vous devez l’utiliser de façon responsable et éviter le gaspillage. 14\. Lors de votre départ, veuillez-vous assurer de ne laisser aucun objet personnel dans le chalet incluant poubelles, nourriture et bouteilles vides. 15\. Les déchets doivent être mis dans des sacs de poubelle en plastique. Ces sacs doivent être bien fermés et déposés dans la poubelle noire à l’extérieur du chalet. 16\. Les produits recyclables (plastique, verre, papier) doivent être déposés dans la poubelle bleue à l’extérieur du chalet. 17\. Les chauffages doivent être remis à 16 degrés celsius, les fenêtres fermées et la porte patio barrée. 18\. Il incombe au locataire de remettre le chalet et le terrain dans l’état initial, soit : • Vaisselle lavée et rangée • Ordures déposées dans les poubelles extérieures • Déposer les linges à vaisselles et serviette dans la baignoire • Déposer les serviettes ou les peignoirs utilisés pour le SPA dans la douche • Laisser la literie en place. 19\.
