"This is in a great location right on Lake Erie. The breakfast was good, and the beds and room comfortable. Some of the hotel common spaces look a bit run down. It could use updating. It's a good value when not at peak price, but overpriced at popular times. "

Nice selection of hot & cold offerings. Located near a pizza place, McDonald's, Tim Horton's & Bob Evans. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Jamestown."

"Check-in was quick and clerk was friendly. Room was clean, though a bit worn. Bed was soft. TV volume was stuck, we couldn’t lower it using the remote. Really just an average hotel, nothing special for the high rate. "

"We were put in a smoking room despite a reservation for nonsmoking. I asked to switch but nothing else was available. The room smelled terrible. The good: The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Otherwise the property was run down. The room was reasonably clean, but the common areas were dirty. Very poor breakfast. I will avoid this hotel in the future. "
