This was by far one of the best places we’ve stayed in a while. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and the breakfast was great!!!

The only thing i didnt like was the half step up from the outside deck to the room. A bi of a tripping hazard.

This property is right on the main street of Maggie Valley and, although an older property, has been nicely renovated. Our room and the common areas of the hotel were clean and well appointed. The hot breakfast was definitely better than average!

We had a nice stay at this Best Western. James at the desk was more than helpful. We were able to check in a bit early which made it easier to get to a sporting event we were attending nearby. We wished we were there longer and the weather was better so we could walked around a bit.

We were up to snowboard. Upon arrival, we were met with staff that were extremely friendly. We were able to check in early. Brealfast was nicely prepared and immediately following breakfast staff were cleaning and mopping. Our room was spotless.

Went skiing and needed a place for one night stay. That was a perfect place for that. Easy check in/out, good breakfast and close to the ski area.

We've stayed at the Best Western Mountainbrook Inn in Maggie Valley a few times, typically in the winter but also in the fall. While there we often take the kids to Tube World for the snow-tubing, over to the Cataloochee Ski Area, and general sightseeing around this beautiful mountain area. There are plenty of good food options nearby. We really like the breakfasts at Joey's Pancake House and yes they serve other delicious food besides pancakes. The Best Western Mountainbrook Inn is a very nice Best Western and what you should expect for this brand. The rooms are ample size, clean, and the staff is always very helpful. The exterior of the property provides good parking and easy access to the rooms. The Best Western Mountainbrook is centrally located on the Maggie Valley strip and is a short drive to Lake Junaluska or the Cherokee India Reservation. We recommend the Best Western Mountainbrook and hope that you will have a fun time in Maggie Valley as we do each time we visit there.

Unit clean. Front desk team very nice. Simple hotel in the heart of Maggie valley downtown. Walk to snow tube hill and some great restaurants. Get pizza from Brickhouse across the street

Property was like most others in the area, door opens to parking lot. The mattress was so bad I could not get comfortable enough to sleep, left at 2:30 in the morning. I was planning to spent the next day in NC but drove home instead. I would not recommend this motel. The personnel were pleasant enough but not curious enough to ask why I was leaving at such an early hour or how was my experience at their property.
