"The absolute worst ever. First Hotel.com use Google Maps and as such is not accessible in China. As such, you have no idea where the property is located. This one is 20 KM from the advertised location. I spend another $20 on 2 different taxies because they do not include the address in Chinese also. When I arrive no English at all just poor phone translation. No record of reservation. have to call manager (witch was home!) 20 minute later they found it!
