The location of this hotel was perfect, just outside Bourton-on-the-Water, easy to get to all other area of the Cotswolds

We really enjoyed staying at The Slaughter's country inn. The Inn was so beautiful . The campus is breathtaking and we had an absolutely wonderful time walking around Lower Slaughter. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. This was British hospitality at their best. Thank you for making this a lifetime memory for us. We will be recommending this to all our friends and family. We hope to be back again some day!

Nice bed but No wash cloths. Could not tell if there was a manager on site.

The building and grounds are gorgeous and reception staff is lovely. Great for walking to Bourton on the Water and Upper Slaughter. Great for hiking and relaxing. The only negative I have are based on the room we were in - Cotton Hall. One, the bathroom door is right next to head of the bed so it could get a bit, challenging for the senses shall we say?

First of all, it was inconvenient because it was a double-decker structure. Even though the room price is expensive, I do not understand the room service charge when I use room service 5 Pound. The room and the bathroom were out of order so I moved the room because it was too cold. There are so many steps inside the room that I have to walk up the stairs even when you go to the bathroom. There's no amenities and shop or pup because there's a hotel on the road. The assessment of this hotel seems to have been overrated. It's too expensive for the facilities. I don't recommend it.
