We were very unhappy with the initial booking with Wizzair due to them changing the dates of the flight and the departure airport. They did offer us a free refund, however, as we had booked the hotel and taken the time off work this was not an option. Instead we had to accept the changes meaning we had to add an extra train and hotel stay on top of the holiday, costing an extra £80. We complained to Wizzair, who didn't seem to care. Unfortunately, with this in mind, we would be unlikely to use them again.
