Sitting for half of the flight with a child kicking the back of the seat is not my ideal choice of comfort. Despite booking two seats together we were several seats apart . The child was nothing to do with the airline staff but could it be looked at children having a car seat type of chair that could be fitted to a seat so the large parent doesn’t have to squash the child between them and the seat in front thus making the child fractious .

The whole experience was average....long queues, paying to check in baggage and paying for every other aspect of so-called service. Not exactly a great service.

Check in was incredibly easy and plenty of staff to help a Luddite navigate the self check in 😊

We paid to reserve a seat. But then a family boarded that easy jet had split up. Meaning w four year old would have to sit alone. We volunteered to move so they could sit together. EasyJet win by pocketing the money we paid to reserve a seat. We lose. It’s a terrible policy.
