With these flights, we were not able to check in online as the carrier was another plane. on our online checkin it just came up with Error messages. It took me an hour to get a response on the phone and be told we could only check in at the airport. If a message could have been displayed about this on the online checkin page or manage my booking page it would have saved a lot of time and worry prior to check in. Everything else about the flight experience itself was very good.
