"Excellent location, right next to a mall and night market. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Chaweng beach is a 15 min walk. The only issue I had was the power would go off and then on. Even though it’s for a few seconds the issue is you have to reset everything. I was in building 3 so not sure if it only happened in this building. Either than that, no complaints "

"Staff courteous, friendly and rooms clean and spacious. BIG WATCH OUT! Ongoing building works immediately next to the pool/beach area which caused noise and dust disruption to our stay. Was supposed to have been completed by end November 2025 but looks like it’s still some months away (we left early Feb). Very disappointing and impacted our holiday negatively. Be aware. "

"Excellent location for all of the local restaurants and bars, but quiet enough if you wanted peace. Pool was perfect and a very short walk over a sandy beach to the sea. All staff were lovely. On site restaurant was also great for lunch, evening meal or just drinks."
