to many bugs we couldn't stay!
Room 106 not just a bug, lots of bugs, in lots of different places! only positive part of this experience is that they gave us a full refund and let us go find a different hotel even farther away from our destination as is was a super busy weekend for all hotel in the area. and then they called me and told me they couldn't find one of the comforters in the room and threatens to make us pay for it... why would i steal a comforter in a room I refused to say in! they call and said never mind they found it about 30 min later.

Nice quiet room. Great hot tub in the room. Air conditioning was very dusty on the vents and didn't blow a lot of air at all. Breakfast was just a granola bar and coffee or juice. But all in all I received great service from the staff and the bed was comfortable.

We had a one night stay on our trip from Indiana to Florida and this room was less than subpar. It was a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarette smoke and was dirty. The shower was the only good part.

Not a happy experience
We were really disappointed with the facility. The stairs to go up to the upstairs and the upstairs hall needed painted and repaired. The rooms were in need of repair and upgrade and cleaning. They have really been ran down since our last stay. Our heater/AC was dirty with dirt on the vents, our room was very dark even with all the little lamps on. The window was really dirty. I did not see any bugs or bedbugs, but the mattress cover on one of our beds looked pretty dirty itself. The room was depressing. I know the lobby has been upgraded, but there was very little for breakfast. At 140 per night per room plus tax I am not happy - and we have stayed at Hotel 8's alot.

Tv in the room was glitchy. Homeless lady sat at the bottom of the stairs and asked for the key to my room when i checked out to sleep in. Lady hall trying to avoid the police asked me if the cops were downstairs. Breakfast is juice and granola that is it.

Geeat place but needs a little more TLC
It was a great fun place. Nice and easy check in check out. The pool was clean and perfect for swimming. Only down side was, 1. Remodeling causeing not a really good full breakfast. 2. The AC's in the room yes where clean but where the air come out of the vents where black littl spots everywhere. The vents and inside of the AC units need cleaned. Not just the filter part. 3. Bathroom was clean but when i cleaned the tub extra after a shower to take a bath, black stuff came from under the new borads. I told the staff apon check out but dont know if they took it to heart. If they caulked those spots like normal bathroom it would be better and clearer.

The room itsself was clean and newly decorated but the hallways smelled like cigarettes and a nursing home. The rooms on first floor with the door next to the parking lot had people all sitting in their doorways smoking. Tiny reception area. Says breakfast is included but all it is is coffee juice and granola bars. Wouldnt choose to stay here again

The room was decently clean. They said there was breakfast. All they offered was one tiny granola bar (only 1 per person) and coffee or juice. We didn’t sleep because they had weekly or monthly boarders that stayed above us. They were up all night making loud sounds and what sounded like people jumping banging around until 4am. Will not ever return to this property.

This place was nothing special. I wasn’t looking for anything special I was just looking for a place to crash for the night well driving home. Check-in was fine the guy was nice and professional. It was in the middle of the night that I could hear some lady start screaming and running up and down the hallway and screaming “get out”. So I called the front desk to report the disturbance and maybe they said something because she stopped for a few minutes but then it started back up again and since it was 5 o’clock in the morning I just decided to check out and make my way on down the road. I noticed when I checked in it looked like quite a bit of homeless people hanging around and I thought maybe they gave them rooms if they had open rooms or something I don’t know but traveling alone and then having to deal with that is very scary and I did not appreciate it.

The staff was wonderful. The location is wonderful, very close to the interstate, along with many options for restaurants, and there's a Target right across the street which was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite, and the bath was amazing. The bed was a little hard, and you could hear everything going on outside. The water pressure was a little low for my liking, so the shower was a little disappointing and it took a while for the jacuzzi to fill up. Overall, this place was good and we'd stay again.

This room was horrible, I booked it for my son, the toilet had not been cleaned he said it had SPOTS ON IT and one of the beds had dirty spots on it as well, I told him to report it and request another room but he didn't and just cleaned it himself it was a 2 night stay I will never use them again

Nice please but do not consider getting any of the Jacuzzi room Luke warm water management does not care and events excuses tried to sign me up with winding rewards but I can never get access to that program even after talking to the manager and texting and continuing to call there should be no need for this all they have to do is fix was broken to get great reviews the potential is there don’t worry I won’t be using that hotel no more

Horrible Experience!
This is a terrible place to stay unless you have no other option. Hotel is run down. Old and stained bathrooms. Entry and bathroom doors dirty. My wife would not sleep under the comforter because the sheets were stained. The condition of the overall hotel is scary. We had a second floor room which we had to walk up steps to an unsecure door with the lock broken out. I was met at the door by a person who kicked the door open and screaming at someone in the hall. We heard arguing and screaming all night. As for the reception area, it was more of a supply room with stored boxes and old equipment. Good thing as the breakfast consisted of only coffee an granola bars. There was a pool but was totally drained and under repairs. Overall this as a terrible experience, even for a night! If it were not for the fact that i arrived at 10:00 pm and I already paid and would lose money, I would have left and looked for something else. What a horrible experience!

The photos are not correct. The property is much older and carpet. Not as pics with the hard wood flooring. The carpet desperately needs a deep cleaning. The pool was filled with liter trash. No breakfast either as it stated there would be. There is no sink mirror combo in the bathroom either as the pics are also wrong there too. It is just ok if you need a bed to sleep and not in the room for long times. Nothing fancy at all. More concerned of the deception with the pics more then anything. The price wasn’t fair for the quality either. More like a budget room comparable to this dollar range $40!

The carpeted rooms are only on the 2nd floor to prevent noise for the bottom floor which have the hardwood flooring. We are currently undergoing a renovation and new carpeting is a part of that. Thank you for your business and we hope you continue to choose Wyndham Properties.

Hallway to our room had a very bad odor. Water would not drain through the sink from the beginning of our stay. Toilet door could not be locked. Breakfast was not included as advertised. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Not the 3.5 of 5 I expected. Renovation and construction everywhere but nothing looks new or improved. Carpet floors, not as advertised in photo. "Breakfast" was advertised but it's coffee and granola bars, literally. Non-smoking rooms reak of smoke. For $20 less I could have stayed across the street without all the exterior and interior mess. I feel misled completely by the recent ratings and reviews. Bad experience and I'm no snob. Huge fan of budget hotels. This one is not recommended.

Way too Expensive !
Room was extremely overpriced. Almost $200 for a $75 room. Was told that we had been given an upgrade with a jacuzzi room. However, was directed not to use it because it takes too long to fill and too expensive to run. The jacuzzi was something from the 70s!
